"Hi Janine, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all! - Tom Jones 2011
"Your good self's recently cleaned my caravan awning (order number 0045) in February. I have just put it up for the begin of the season, to say that I was pleased would be a understatement, you have made such a good job of it, I will be recommending your company to all my friends, as the standard of your service from picking it up to delivering it back complete has been excellent, and I will certainly be using you again. Once again thank you for a excellent service." Mr.F.Harrison - Manchester
"Good evening Janine, Regards
"I say how very pleased with our awning that you cleaned for me at the end of last year. We have only just erected it again and cannot believe the results, going on from this I have been singing your praises to other caravan owners that are on seasonal pitches like us whereby the awning is up all year and quite a few are very interested." Thank you,
"Hi Regards
Visit to NovoSail NovoSail collected all of my sails and took them away for cleaning and processing. They even promised to get them back to new even though my Mainsail and my No. 1 Genoa date from 1998 and the other 5 sails are at least 30 years old. When I went to collect my sails, the MD of Novosail, Jason Anderton, showed me the pictures that he had taken of my sails before they were cleaned and, not surprising, my so-called white sails were anything but white. The sails were dirty and also had rust stains. He then showed me the complete 7-stage NovoSail process. First of all, each sail was soaked individually in soft water so as to remove dirt and individual stains. Then the sail was processed through the 80 ft. wide processing machine with pre-washing, washing, rinsing and neutralising in preparation for finishing. The finishing process was carried out on the 80ft. wide machine where protection against marks from mildew was applied and special resins were applied to restore the water-repellent properties of the sail. The resin was fixed with thermal heating and the sail was then hung out to dry in the large drying room. I was shown the large drying room and saw the largest mainsail that I have seen. Jason also said that their largest job had been to clean Wimbledon’s large covers for the Centre Court. Jason Anderton’s final test was to squirt water on my No. ! Genoa the water ran off without wetting the sail - so maybe Novosail has consigned wet sails to the history books ! I am certainly pleased with my pristine white sails. My friends thought that I had bought new sails until I told them about the NovoSail process and what it could do for their sails. From Roy Froud of Lymington Town Sailing Club
