Service - Five steps to a perfect sail

The sails are sent to our premises. Thorough check of the materials received. The sails are fed into the controlled cleaning process. Renewed protection against destructive conditions. Return delivery or collection.


Delivery

Bring your sails to the nearest NovoSail branch, a NovoSail partner or ask us to organise collection for you. Of course you are always welcome to visit us or have an informative discussion at any time. Please arrange an appointment with us in advance for this purpose or simply drop in.

Inspection

First your sails will be checked and any damage registered, recorded and photographed. If there is major damage to the sails, we will contact you before treatment. After the cleaning and finishing process the sails will be sent to your professional sailmaker for repair on your request.

We measure the surface area of your sails in m² and calculate the price according to this. Then we give you a quotation with details of delivery time and any transport or storage costs.

Cleaning

The sails are marked appropriately and fed into the controlled cleaning and
finishing process.
